Help? Will this affect my driving

I tried to screw these lugs in but there really small so I screwed them in with my fingers as tight as I could, looks like about 5-6 thread lines short of fully going in all the Way. Do you guys think my wheel can fall off while driving?

YES, something is not right. Are you sure the wheel is fully seated on the hub/rotor center??

Yes it's a 20 in rim so the stud does now fully poke through the rim holes. I tightened it with tuner style lug nuts before and I couldn't get the center cap on so I bought on eBay some bulge acorn open end lug nuts

Hey man, that really appears unsafe....IMO !

What happened to the original lug nuts which your buddy had on those rims with his Accord ?
They should be the same as your thread pitch as the TL, try them ......they were probably longer than the ones you just put on. There's definitely something wrong !

You will need longer Studs 4 Sure! I would not drive in those conditions.

put the tuner lugs back on!! doesn't even look like those current nuts even make it halfway down the lug opening. to put the aftermarket wheel's center cap on just take off that wheel bearing dust cap since the aftermarket center cap should do the trick of covering it.

i sure hope you are not driving around with those open end nuts...
