Help me choose drop...

I am thinking about lowering and I have it down to these three springs:

Tein S Tech F2.1/R1.6 $225 shipped
Eibach Pro F2.1/R1.6 $220 shipped
Comptech Sport F2.0/R1.7 $200 shipped

Is the drop true to their measurements, or do some springs tend to settle more than others? I want to go the lowest I can with one of these three (which are all pretty close) so I was just wondering how the different springs settle.

For those of you with these springs or have ridden in a TL with these drops, how was the ride for all of these?

I will be riding on the stock shocks for a while until I go with probably Tokico HP.

Also, what about coil sleeves like Skunk2 or Eibach Ground Control. For just over $100 more I could get one of these adjustable springs. Heard good or bad things about these?

Thanks for the input in advance, everyone

I heard the ride on the Basics were really stiff.

Has anyone heard of Nex coilovers?
Their coilovers like the Tein SS (w/ adjustable height and damper) are about $725 shipped and the one's like Basic are $600.

I've been running S-techs for 5 months on OEM shocks. Drop is a pretty tight 2 finger all the way around. Ride is barely stiffer than stock. Very little handling gains. It's 90% just for looks. But yea, save up and get shocks when you get springs. Or just really save up and get coilovers. I just got springs temporarily until I could get coilovers. ANY week now...
