I am looking to buy tires this week...Tirerack has the v12s on sale and I am considering picking them up...However they have mixed reviews...
I tried searching on here, but little came up.


Heres what I need...

1. semi budget friendly
2. Performance equal to or above oem Michellins
3. Low profile look
4. Tread life


Any other tires come into your mind that fit the bill? Also, would it be safe to run a 225 on oe type s rims?

I had their previous tires to this one (Ventus S1 evo) and really really liked them. I may try these out myself in the spring. They offer them in the 255/35-40 size im looking for.

I'm lookking to put a 225/45z/17's on oem type s rims...Will this fit okay?
If so I will order tonight.

Yup, 225/45-17 will work fine with the TL-S wheels. I'm currently running that size on my TL-S wheels. Thought about picking up those tires too, but went with something else.

Well guys, I've had the tires on for almost a week and 500 miles...So far I absolutely LOVE them...They outperform the Michellins and feel great. The ride is a perfect balance of sport and comfort and hitting high speeds feels like your just cruising at 40.
