Function & Form Type 1 Owners..

Alright, so I decided that I wanted to go lower.. I know the process of raising / lowering.. unlock the gold ring and twist clockwise to lower and counter clockwise to raise. All you have to do is grab the threads and twist.. the problem is it gets really painful (blisters and what not) the more you twist.. any other ways you can lower without having to encounter painful blisters on your hand ? I know you can't really mess with the red rings (preload settings), but is it possible to loosen it a bit so the threads will twist smoothly ? (I also cleaned the threads before twisting). Thanks for any input.

you use the wrenches on those red perches.. haha

place wrench on top red perch to lower down...

wrench on bottom to raise.

common sense.

its easier on your hands. =]

take your wrench... take it to the top red perch.. and lock the wrench onto the perch so you can turn it clockwise

Count the number of thread on each side from the bottom to the ring so that you can get it equal.
