Function and Form Type 1 Adjustment?

I know you can adjust two way on the coil but Which one to adjust for better handling? Adjust The spring or the body? TIA

don't mess with the preload (spring)

So just adjust from the bottom collar thanks! any way to figure out the drop before install? Thanks for the speedy replie
