function and form question

so i've searched the site and found a lot of you guys are running the 98-02 honda accord ff type 1's and 2's how do they compare to tein, ksports,and megan racing and any others you may be running on a scale 1-10

stiffness 1-10
ride quality 1-10
performance 1-10
stance 1-10
ease of adjustment 1-10

so a lot of people have looked but no replies lets rephrase this does any one have the function and form type ones if so howd you like them in your opinion are they better then the other coilovers for our car did you get different springs since the accord spring rate is different?

i have searched found out a little bit but couldnt get a real definitive answer on how well they hold up and if they had switched springs or just used the accord ones but thanks for the response

no on diff springs..

they rode great.. not to stiff not to soft.. perfect for slammage and less risks of bottoming out since the shocks are still working at its full potential since the springs haven't changed the shocks travel.

It's really hard to compare a lot of different suspension with a lot of different people everyone has they taste, stiffness, softness, recoil, travel, pre-load, etc. i think that suspension is one of the hardest things to get for a car IMO. I have function and form type I on my TL and i am satisfied with them, they are stiff at times but i am about 3-3.5" lowered, upper control hits frame at times but thats the troubles you run into with a lowered car LOL.

sounds good guys... i know suspension is a pain in the ass to pick out i have tokico whites with eibach springs now its time for them to go i need to go lower i feel like a monster truck driving next to my friends Z which isnt even lowered...sits at the same height as me.. jjashaa not trying to be spoon fed any info but what springs do we have to go with if you dont mind my asking? thanks a lot

You don't have to go with different springs...Theyre coilovers...And I just put mine on. they're type 1s and they ride awesome. I'm slammed now.
