F&F Type II vs Koni\GC

It seems like for the most part a lot of TL owners are loving Function and Form coilovers. For our cars are they a better choice than Ground Controls with Koni Yellows ? I know a lot of people who use the koni\gc setup on their integras and civics, but don't see much about them on the TL. I was planning on ordering the koni\gc today but the price of the F&F II's has got be second guessing. What do you guys think ?

Also are these the correct F&F for the 2nd gen tl ?

It seems like both have adjustable dampening and height adjustment. The koni\gc have lifetime warranties vs the 1 year from FF. I feel like since the FF is a full coilover it would be built more solid than a coilover sleeve. Also with the GC setup I would be using the oem top hats vs the FF coming pre-assembled.

what are you looking for in ride...

F&F were cool.. only cuz i was able to slam them... type I rode perfectly fine.. didn't find a need to get Type II

if maybe performance oriented. i'd go koni with GC.

I'm looking for versatility in the ride basically. The ability to ride at a normal height and slam it as well without sacrificing too much smoothness to having a rock hard suspension. I think the koni GC will give me the best chance at having a nice feeling ride as well as a good looking one.

well, you gotta remember, with the GC on Koni, you're adjusting spring height.. lowering it down all the way leaves less shock travel so you have more chances of bottoming out vs a full coilover body where you adjust the shock body instead of the spring heigh
