eibach vs. tein

I have an 03 cl-s 6-speed what would you rather have Tein S springs -2.1 front -1.7 rear or Eibach pro kit springs -2.0 front -1.7 rear?

H&R sports on Koni Yellow SP3 shocks

Im not a fan of Tein at all. Bad luck with them in the past. so of the 2 you have i would say Eibach is the far better spring.

but over a couple of years, those h&r become too soft for the front, and when you try to turn hard with some stickier tires, you litailly bottom out that courner lol

i need some coilovers or something :S

I have Never had a H&R go soft. (and i have been running their springs for well over 10 years on various cars) I have had cheap shocks go bad and allow them to do that. Simple replacement of the shocks and back to normal.

And around here (and other snow belt areas) Coilovers suck. After a year with them you can never adjust them. Defeats the purpose of having them.

I have the Eibach springs and dampers and I wish it was lower - but the ride just as comfortable as the stock set up was and for the family that's what matters most to me now these days... comfort.

That being said if I had the money for some nice coilovers... a little lower would be nice... but I am definitely happy with my selection - for my application - nice family car that doesn't look like a 4x4 - I'm happy.

bridgestone potenza's at 245 don't help either , especially on a courner that you are going like 80-85 around (on-ramp to the highway)

back is fine though, even with subs back there, their whole life

but yes shocks due help and they are a little soft on mine, but they only slow down the roll though, it's the spring rate and such that will decide how much the car does finally roll (and this courner is a nice long sweeping courner, so shocks don't play a huge role for the amount of roll)(and i do have upgraded sway bar bushings, which helps some but not enough though)

and rust here LMFAO, instead we get chipped paint and windshields, i had to get two chips filled just for this last winter, cause they were deep enough to potentially cause cracking in the summer (and a windshield only costs like $200 here installed)
