droped now shaking

so i just droped my car on F2 coilovers yesterday and to let you guys know, i javent gotten a alignment done and i havent gotten a camber kit either.

while driving when u punch/press the gas pedel, the cars start to shake a bit, it is only shakes at low rpm's and then it stops until i shift again.

I checked the installation and all the screws and bolts are tight, nothing is loose.

- so is it only shaking because of the alignment and chamber kit, or could it be some other problem? I just wanted to ask everyone before i install a camber kit. so if the problem still isnt fixed i dont have to adjust the coils again. I could just do it all at once.

here are some pics of the drop:

So is part # 38720 what I need from ingalls
http://www.ingallseng.com/38720-smar...-bushings.html

-I need two links per wheel right? So all together I should order 4 kits?
Sorry if it is a stupid question, but I just want to get the right part.

it comes with 2 arms in one box. so you'd order 2 kits so you can have 4 arms. 2 for left, 2 for right.

1 kit = 2 arms.

one arm is for toe and other for camber.

seeing how low you are now, fronts are good to have.

BUT, i never had any for the fronts since i need my front to neg camber anyways due to wheels.. hehehe

but for the rear, you'd def want it.

the alignment won't cause a vibration at any speed, bad parts, miss aligned half shafts and out of balance tires do, not toe not camber not caster.

Your follish if you don't add the front camber kit car will never handle right if you don't and you just be replacing the front tires on a regular bases.

ever done a roadforce to see if the rim or tires are bad?

but ur saying when u accelerate u feel it, if thats the case its most likely a bad axle.

Well I never gotthem balanced I bought the car used so I'm not sure if the old owner did. I didn't clarify in my first post but the vibration is only felt at the passenger side, not driver. Would tht still be bad axle?

I never done a road force either.

But I ordered cMber kits, so when ever I get them I'll them

so when i get the camber kits at home, I'll install them* and then get a alignment done.

but there was never a vibration felt until i dropped my car.
- but the vibration dies when i start to reach higher rpms though

the vibration is not in the rear only in the front passenger side of the car. if the axle was bad wouldn't the whole front axle shake, i would feel it in the driver side also right?

vibration upon acceleration sounds like axles to me. if it were an alignment issue the shaking would be all the time, correct?

lowering your car throws off the angles of the axles, puts too much stress on them, and they fail.

It's not an alignment issuem alignment effects the tire's wear and then will effect it's ballance over a long period of time.

In this case the alignment has changed and instantly created a vibration issue, this issue is caused by a part not being installed correctly and is loose, someone used a pickle fork to disconnect the ball joint or tie rod and trashed the joint in the process, the axil was showing signs of wear and now if a differenet angle due to the lowering has created a vibration.

SO FOR THE LAST TIME IT"S NOT THE ALIGNMENT

So I went a couple shops and they told me it is my axels. So my question is if I get them replaced would they go out again eventually? Since it will be at the same drop and I will be putting the same amount stress on them.

There's alot of people on here that are slammed, so how
many times did u guys have to replace the axels.

I don't drive ruff all the time just everynow and then.

mine went out when i dropped mine..... god i hope acura never reads this...

i had them replaced under warranty, but eventually they will go out again... so here is my suggestion.. go to oreilly if you have one around you and pick up some new axles with a lifetime warranty .. when they go out get them replaced for free.

you gotta pay to play! like i said above, the suspension is NOT designed to go lower than factory height and it causes issues like your experiencing.

Yea alot of the shops around my area offer the lifetime warranty on axles. So I'm gonna get it down either Friday or sat depending when the Front camber kits come in.
I have to wait for the rear ones, heeltoe has them back ordered.

Thanks for the help all you guys
