Has anyone tried or seen different combos on a 19 by 8 rim? I like what I have but I'm tired of dodging potholes like I'm driving through Beirut. I've bent a total of 4 rims, three of my last set of chrome BR5s (one twice) and one of the set of Racing Harts a few years ago. I have the standard 19 by 8 with 235/35/19 combo, Lowenhart BR5s diamond cut with no dings or bends, I'd like to keep it that way.

I was considering 235/40/19? 245/35/19? Any ideas?

I think i the tire will look kinda thick wit that set of tires. If you go 235/40/19 or 245/35/19. It wouldnt look good anymore, but it does give more cushing for your wheels. I running the same set up as you, 235/35/19 wit 19 X 8 and really love the look. I really dig the low profile look.
