Difference in ride quality

Hey guys. I'm wondering how bad does the ride quality drop when you go to a +1 (18in) or +2 (19inch) rim and tires. Does the car slam against bumps or is it the same. I used to have a civic and when I went up one size to a 15 it slammed bumps horribly but when I jumped up 2 sizes to a 16 the ride was almost exactly like stock. I'm thinking of getting the seven mod rim's with the black middle and crome polished lip and am debating on a size so all your input is greatly appreciated so I can make a wise decision. :shit:

With all being equal, a lower profile will provide a harder ride. Also increases your chances for wheel damage should you hit a pot hole.

Hey,

Living in NYC? Last time I was there ... pothole-city! (Almost as bad as Detroit) Get 18s. Save yourself the pains of rim damage from the potholes.

PS Plus save the $$$ for the rims & tires (19s way more expensive than 18s) on other mods.
