damper settings

this is my first time having coilovers and i got the f&f type 2 dampers. theres 36 settings just wondering what you guys put it on for best results for street driving. i drive my car hard only sometimes.

start in the middle and adjust from there
I used to run my teins at halfway for street and full hard for backroads fun,
but now they spend more time at softest setting.. for lots of road construction in town and freeway
Prefer some give in those situations~

exactly.. the instructions normally say to start in the middle and simply adjust to your liking.. everyone has their own driving style as well as different qualities of roads that also effect the ride quality.. thats the nice thing about having the adjustability also.. you can always tweak it whenever you want if something doesnt feel quite right..

ok so far now ive put it on middle for all 4 coils... if i go drag strip i should put it to full stiff? for good acceleration
