Im pretty excited, I got skunk2 coilovers for my 99 tl and I cant wait to drop it. I've lowered a dozen cars before but never a tl, is there anything i need to know about lowering my tl before I do so, or are they pretty simple? Oh, about those skunk2 coilovers someone tell me if thats a good pick for my car, besides I only got them for $80 bucks new from the box so I cant complain about that.

 

If you have dropped cars before then this shouldnt be a problem. Only thing is that you have to take out your back seat to get to the back struts. Skunk2 are pretty good, i have no experience with Skunk2 but my friends do and they have no complaints. They dont have a TL but still

 

dropping the tl is just as easy as dropping a civic

 

did you drop it yet. i have the skunk 2 on my 99 tl and i love the drop. i mean i have them slammed on some 19 in c4 two piece and the ride is nice.

 

Where did you get skunk2's for $80? Also dropping a TL is pretty simple. Just a few more bolts here and there but basically the same as a integra or civic.

 

I got the $80 skunk2 coilovers from this beat down car shop in this flea market over here in florida (hudson). You show this guy anything online and he orders them DIRT CHEAP. I showed him $1200 comptech headers online and he told me he could order them for me for $285. I dont care how he gets them, all I know is it looks legal because he orders them for me right in front of my face like any other shop. I know it sounds unbelievable but its true. I also just ordered YELLOW HID bulbs for $30.

 

ask him how much for the whole comptech and apexii ws2 exhaust system pls...... i will come and get them
