Clicking noises after putting on new wheels

After I put on a set of new rims... I start hearing clicking noises from the wheels.... I never had this sound before. Any suggestions ? Thanks.

Check if the caliper is scraping the inside of the wheel.

They're 18 racing hart c5's with 48+ offset... calipers are not scraping the inside.

Actually, now that I think about it, I had this happen to me once and I found out that a couple of the lugs were loose. After I re-tightened the lugs, the clicking noise went away.

Does the clicking noise come from one wheel (which one), front wheels, or rear wheels ?
