bolt pattern/ offset

Can someone tell me what is the exact bolt pattern and offset on a 03 TL-S.

Also when buying aftermarket rims, does the bolt pattern and offset have to match exactly??

Bolt pattern: 5x114.3
OEM TLS wheels: 17x6.5
Offset: +55

Does the bolt pattern and offset have to match?: Bolt pattern Offset

Here are the specs for aftermarket wheels:

18x7.5 +45 225/40 18 tires (need to be +45 or greater offset)
18x8 +50 225/40 18 tires (+50 is an ideal offset for 8" wide wheels)
19x8 + 50 235/35 19 tires

This is assuming you have a modest drop (HR OE or Sport or Comptech))

I believe bolt pattern refers to the number of bolts and the distance between each one.
