I currently have 90k miles on my car and I lowered my car on some Tein H techs last year when the car had 55k miles. I just feel the ride is getting worse and worse.

I have been researching shocks and struts and I really dont know much still.

With the H tech what will provide the best ride, and also maybe improve the handling. I know its kinda a tough trade off bewteen ride and handling.
