Any ideas on what type of bushing this is?

Let me start by saying I am sorry if I am in the wrong place here. I am new to forums and don't know the standards the forum communities live by. I am wanting to know if anyone knows what kind of bushing this is? I have done an online search and the closest resemblance was a strut mount bushing. I usually wouldn't ask such a seemingly odd question but I found it in the front plate under my radiator. I have been getting a knocking sound as if something is bouncing whenever I take off from a dead stop or i go over bumps (the reason i began inspecting today). The best way to describe the sound is like a rock being dropped into a deep drum. Does anyone have any ideas. Here is the pics of the bushing and sleeve that was found beside it. I also found a nut (not pictured) so I am assuming a bolt broke from somewhere. The only markings on the bushing itself are: YUSA F<- FR84.

that's what I thought but was curious as to why it would be in the plate under the radiator, I found that weird to say the very least.

thats why, I'm asking you to check the shock towers.
with out the bushings and washers, you could damage something and or you could be a safety hazard to yourself or others.

That looks like the Radius rod bushing (part 11) They are shaped exactly like that). That is located by the radiator. STOP driving the car.Serious damage could result or even a crash. Make sure the radius rod bushings are in place and the nut is holding them in. You will have to jack up the car (and i dont remember if the bumper or lower splash guard needs to be removed or not to see them)

Stock Radius Rod on left

You don't know how great this information was. In trying to alleviate this noise I have replaced the sway bar bushings and sway bar end links. I never thought about the radius arm/rod (it totally explains why the car seemed to be on a pivot point....it seemed to rock forward). Anyway it's fixed now and the radius arm was the issue. Thanks a million.
