Another Will This Fit Thread

I did a search and could not find my the answer.

So here it is will this fit my 2000 3.2 TL.

17x7.5 5x100/114.3 offset 42

114.3 is the correct bolt pattern. +42 is really starting to cut it close. you are going to have to run a narrow tire

The offset, is it the thickness of the wheel? And also are tires for this type of rim going to cost more?

18x8 +48 offset = 18x7.5 +36 offset.

0.5 inch = 12.5mm approx

The main thing is what tires you are going to run. If you run 225-45-17, I am pretty sure you will be OK but if you run 235-45-17, you may have to cut the rear fender tab.

I had 18x.7.5 (+42)Racing Hart M5 (Mono Block) on my previous car which was TL-S. I ran it with 235-40-18 and it rubbed so I roller my rear fender. Later I found out that all I had to do was just cut the rear fender tabs.

By the way, My car was not lowered.
