Allignment question

Do I have to do 4 wheel alignment if I change all 4 tires ?

If you just change the tires.Not need to do the align.
Sometimes have the problem is tire balance.If you haven't feel any problem after change.
Not need to do anything.

I think balancing and installation of the tire are included in the price in the tire shop where I'm planning to buy tires. Thanks for reply
