Alignment?

Ok, I just had my alignment done today and I'm looking at the report and wondering a couple things...here's the report:
Front Left : Parameter : Front Right : Range
-0.9 : Camber : -0.6 : -1.0 to 1.0
2.3 : Caster : 2.8 : 1.8 to 3.8
0.00 : Toe : 0.00 : -0.08 to 0.08
8.4 : SAI : 8.4
7.5 : Included Angle : 7.8

Front: Cross Camber: -0.3, Cross Caster: -0.6, Total Tow: 0.00

Rear Left : Parameter : Rear Right : Range
0.3 : Camber : 0.1 : -1.0 to 0.0
0.09 : Toe : 0.09 : 0.00 to 0.16

Rear: Total Toe: 0.18, Thrust Angle: 0.00

I have SPC rear camber kits on the car, and my camber is out of range with 0.3/0.1, why didn't they adjust? is it the Toe somehow making camber less important?
And I had a front camber bolt kit (uninstalled) but they didn't use it, and I'm .1 from being out of range, so I guess it's the same question as for the rears.

If you have rear camber kit, they should be able to get both sides perfectly to 0 camber on both sides. I would bring the print out with receipt to them and make them do it all over again. This time look at the print out b/4 you pay or leave the shop.

In regards to the front, if you don't have the camber kit installed, they can't do much. Again, your front is within oe spec range.
