adustable radius arm? strut arms? caster out of spec w/ bonus wheel pic
so the problem im having is my caster is off by about a degree. caster shims push the wheel back further, and there is no way to put shims on the other side to bring the wheel forward. Does anyone make an aftermarket adjustable radius arm for this car? If not is there any type of solution to this problem short of welding one up myself?

why are you worried about 1 deg of caster? If i remember correctly that is still within range?
As for are there adjustable radius rods available, nope. About the only thing you could do is turn (or grind) the stock ones down a little so that it can slide in further and use shims to then adjust to the proper location
