8 gen accord wheels

alright so i cant get the wheels i want because theyre backordered for who knows how long so im just going the OEM route for now.

im picking these wheels up tomorrow, theyre the OEM wheels with OEM tires but not sure what size the OEM tires are and if they will rub my bitch. i ordered F2 type 1s, should be here next week, anyone have these wheels with F2s and if so, was there rubbing?

oem tires on that car are 225/45. It should fit fine. The tire is a little tall, but you;ll probably only have rubbing issues if you're turning hard. HOw low are you?

I'm really curious to see how they look on a slammed 2nd gen... I might have to give these a go if they look good! My cousin has his OEM set just laying around!

but i think they would look good slammed once you get your coils. Definitely dont wanna max out f2s cause your frame will be on the floor lol but like swllen said it shouldnt rub too bad as long as you dont turn hard.

the front fitment is just about flush the rear is sunk a bit, was thinking about rolling my fenders and getting spacers anyways. more than likely ill be getting different rims for next summer anyways and keep these for winter.

so because my tires are tall as fuck im rubbing the fender liners and i cant drop as much as i want to. so for now, if i remove my fender liners, will it be enough to stop rubbing? thats all its rubbing on...

If thats all its rubbing on, then removing them should solve the problem

BUMP, i forgot about this! anyways like another of my posts i have alot of rubbing issues because the tires are tall. well i need new tires this summer now and im wondering what size to get so i can go a little lower and not rub.

its either that or look into VIP wheels, which my wife wont be too happy about lol if i dont get new wheels this year the alternative is keeping these ones and adding to them.

my liners are still in, rears are rolled, tabs cut, so its ready for a good stance. so i want to put a spacer in the rear, what size tires and spacer set should i get? it a cheaper route than VIP wheels which my wife will be happy about haha
