45 offset

Now I know it's been asked over and over and over again, but for people that really want something ( like me ) but don't want to throw they're money away ( like me) it's vital info. I am looking at a rim that has a 45 offset and is 19 x 8.5. Now I know that this will rub, but will it rub so bad that it is undrivable or will it rub slightly or will I not be able to turn the wheel at all?

This setup will extend 35mm further than the stock setup, and the clearance between the strut and the wheel will be 15mm less.

My car is dropped at 1-finger gap all around, and when I first put on my 7.5 ET42 wheels, they rubbed so bad that I couldn't drive it at all. This setup is a lot worse.

Not to mention that they will look horrible sticking out that much.

+45 on a 8.5" wide rim? You'll stick out like a sore thumb.

As a general rule, if you have an 8.0" rim ... you'll need about +50 offset for it to work.
