3rd Gen Wheels on 2nd Gen

Ultimately, whoever had my car previously really knicked up the wheels.. a friend of mine has brand new 3rd gen oem wheels I can get cheaply... so yes, i know, some of you don't like how they look on 2nd gen tl's, its still better off than what I have. What I need to know... will they fit? Any rubbing issues? Any brake issues? Thanks guys!
