They are pretty much the same. Looks wise, but the TL A-spec is only offered in 18 and the offset is a lil off. The TSX A-spec sit flush. I believe if you lookin in the NHB pic thread there is a member there that has them

are yours the 8 inch or 8.5 inch wide wheels? i have heard there are 2 different sizes

Mine are 18x8, 45 offset. I have 225/40/18 tires. They rub ocasionally but I have not cut the tabs yet either. Most of the time its only me in the car so its not a big deal.

Thats the only TL i have ever seen with those wheels and i liked how it looked

If thieves want your rims, nothing locking on earth is able to prevent them from stealing your rims.

its really easy to take off those stock lock nuts.. just take a little more tools and voila.. bye bye wheels...

Yea, I had locks on them but like everyone said, if they want them, they will take them. Locks don't prevent theft, they only slow down the theaf

There's not a lock on the market that's foolproof and unstealable.

The only system i have seen work is to stand near the car with a baseball bat, theft comes, crack open thier head and/or break knee, then drive away, and be happy that they learned thier lesson.
