DP01TL

Hey guys, high mileage 2001 Acura TL and we get a slight noise/vibration when the steering wheel is held "slightly" to the left while going straight. There is no noise/vibration when going straight, turning right or turning left or even holding the wheel slightly to the right the way it is when it is slightly to the left.

Any ideas?

I was thinking possibly wheel hub or maybe a CV axle???
