Are 2 People Really Needed??

Im getting some H&R springs and From all the DIY's I see, they all say they did it with someone else.

I want to do this myself in my garage so is 2 people really needed and if so what parts would I need them for.

(Time doesnt matter)

It's just easier to do with someone, especially when you're taking the strut assembly in and out; much easier to get it out when someone is stepping down on the rotors.

If more than one person then it might be faster. but not necessary. like the posts above more hands the better. but it just depends on how you work on your car. for me i like doing things all myself. took me about 4 hours to install my coilovers. but i never worked on a TL before so i did not know you have to take the whole rear seat out so that was fun. haha. if you have another person you have have him go run your errands and buy you lunch while you are working on your car LOL..

i agree with everyone here. i found it easier to do the rears with 2 people. could i have done it alone? sure. it's a little faster with two people because one person can prep bolts while another removes a spring on the other side of the car. stuff like that. not absolutely needed though.

the one recommendation i can make though is to use airtools to make it go faster.
