18x7.5 38 offset need tire size? help plz..

Wassup azine I just pick up some velocity Wheels vw035 18x7.5 38 offset..tires I have now is 215/35/18 but it too skinny..what is the best tire size for these wheels and my car is drop with ff1

just got back from the tire shop and the guys told me i cant put 215/45/18 because it will rub...my car is like 5-6 inches off the floor..so im guessing that i will need to roll my fender for this to work in order to use 215/45/18
