What tires would work without rubbing? (I have Comptech Springs)

With that width and offset you can also consider 235/40-18 which by far is the closest to stock rolling diameter you'll get with an 18" setup.

Your chances of rubbing is highly unlikely. At worse you may need to trim the rear bumper tab to alleviate any rubbing, but no body metal alterations will be required.

Since 235's require a minimum 8" wheel width this also plays into your favor as the shoulder of the tire will be rounded off a bit more, further reducing the chance of rubbing.

But keep this in mind; various wheel and tire manufacturers will spec their product a bit different from one another. For example, specific sizes of Toyo tires are spec'd a bit "taller" than other manufacturers. Nitto 555's tire design uses a "square shoulder" which widens the effective width of the tire.

Keep these points in mind when making your decision. Take your time a due your due dilligence as it will pay off big time in the end.
