stretch doesn't mess with gear ratios.. O.o.....

and you're a newb driver if you're so worried about messing up rims...

x2, just dont drive like a jackass. 18s 0r 19s will have NO effect on gear ratios, and will not make acceleration worse enough to notice unless you go with chrome dubbs...

Sure 18s and 19s can effect gear ratios. If you dont have the correct size tire on the rim you can effectively change the overall gear ratio up or down.

Yes, it does also have an affect when.. say you are roadracing, autox and hell, even drag racing.

Of course the Risky Devil guys are crazy and that doesn't matter to them.

True, I forgot about tire size. You DO you have to use common sense, and do research for proper tire size, but honestly I think if you go with 17s you will regret it, it wont look good.
