What do you say guys, is this repairable or totaled? I'm waiting to hear from the isurance company and if they say totaled, I'm wondering what you think would be a fair offer. Specs: 02 TL w/ 65k miles. Great shape inside and couple of dings on outside, but otherwise in great shape.

For those who are curious, the car was on it's way to the Acura dealership on top of a flat bed wrecker and the guy cut a corner too fast and ran my car into the covered awning AT THE ACURA DEALERSHIP! My service guy called me and said, "I'm sorry man, but you're not going to believe this".

Please give me your best guess as to if it's repairable or if not, what I should expect as a good settlement price. This sucks, I lost my car and even if they repair it, it will never be the same.
