The windshield wipers are stuck and only budge about 2mm & go back. I noticed the bolt was just a bit loose & i hand tightened it & didnt make a difference. B4 i go through with figuring it out, i hope someone knows what the problem is or @ least some suggestions. thanks

 

Possibly the wiper motor.

 

Hand tightened it !! You got to tight it with tool .
But before that try to remove the bolt and put the wiper on and see
if the nut rotate . If yes then you have a loose bolt so tight it with key and it should fix the problem.

 

Unscrew the nut and take the wiper arm out. Look inside the wiper arm socket (the one that goes on top of the teethed motor shaft) and check if there's any teeth left. If you're lucky, the remaining teeth may hold if you put the wiper arm back on and tighten the nut with a tool. Otherwise, you'll need a new wiper arm.

It happened to my previous car many years ago. The nut was loose and the wiper blade got frozen onto the windshield. The motor just chewed up all the teeth inside the wiper arm socket, and I had to buy a new arm.

 

I Havent Had Time To Mess With It Yet Because Im Busy In The Day With School & Im In Ny So It Gets Dark & Freezing By 4:30. I Couldnt Get The Arm Off To Check The Threads, But Thats A Great Suggestion And I'll Mess With It On Saturday. Thanks Edward'tls, I'll Let U Know On Sat Or Sun

 

Fixed. The Problem was not the actual wipers or motor, but a foolish mechanic who loosened or disconnected something & didnt put it back. I took it back & it's fixed
