Window Regulator replacement questions

Drivers side rear door window..heard something pop while raising it, now won't go up. I'm assuming the lift cable or whatever mechcanism lifts the window broke.

Home computer working slow as shit today, but I did a search and couldn't find a DIY or much of anything on it.

Is there something easy and small maybe I could fix, or am I going to have to replace the whole motor/regulator assembly? And is it a bitch to do?

Any info on what I'm facing or a DIY I missed would be appreciated.
Also-parts?? Dealer only or local parts store??

plastic part probably broke. No real way to fix it, your gonna need a replacement from the dealer. Auto parts store only sells the window motor.

Its a pretty easy fix, all you need is a 10mm socket. To pop the door panel off, just a philips screw driver on the arm rest hole and at the door handle, there a cover for a small screw. Take the handle/lock assembly off, you'll need to pop the metal bar out. Then go along the bottom and side edge and pry to pop off the clips. Slide the panel up and undo the harnesses.
Peel back the plastic cover and there are 10mm bolts and get to it. Bolt off the regulator from the window and RR the unit and reinstall. Basically thats it.
