i had quite a dents and scrathes on m 02 TL-S I am thinking to do a touch up paint. For the job, I'd rather do myself since it is just a touch up. I am wondering where to get paints mixed up? I heard in the past from someone that once it is decades old the color code matching at dealer does ont work because of the aging effect on the body color.

True that the color may not match perfect due to aging- ESP a darker color. Are you just looking for a small brush type touchup? If so I'd just get from the dealer. I have ordered a full spray can along with a clear coat from this company and it was a great match

I was just saying if you need a small amount of touchup for small scratches you can get a small bottle with brush at the dealer. The website I added has larger touchup bottles as well as aerosol cans for larger areas.

 

your local body shop paint supplier will make you anything you want in spray or mini sized brush on style
