Unhappy wheel area problem

I was taking off this donut wheel I got from someone else, which didn't fit, and my lug nuts ended up really tight. For some reason the lug nut got stuck and then it broke off along with the screw/rode. So now I can only put up 4 nuts instead of five. Is this a road hazard concern? How much would it cost to get this repair? I can't believe it broke off, there's a piece still stuck inside the nut that broke. I just bought rims and there's pretty heavy. My friends thinks 4 nut is fine, but I"m not sure. WHats that part name anyways?

Help!

It's called a wheel stud. While I think using 4 lug nuts would be fine, if it was me, I'd get it fixed.

it will be fine for a temporary thing, but i would get it fixed. If your somewhat handy with tools its not that hard of a fix to do yourself.

Get it fixed ASAP. The wheel bearing will be messed up because of uneven loading.

It's not expensive to fix, and it's certainly cheaper than the damage you could cause.
