What's the easiest way to remove a fog light?

I removed all the screws and everything and got down to just the fog light and that little clips thing that holds it in. What is the easiest way to push that clip out and take the fog light out? I tried pushing and pulling so hard without breaking it and it still didn't come out. I have water in the light from a hole, i want to drain it, dry it, and seal the small hole before i replace the broken light inside.

thanks for the help.

EDIT: I just removed it finally by prying it out with a screwdriver. Now, my question is what it the best way to dry out the inside without removing the lens?

hmm i never had this problem, but I have a similar problem with my left HID - it's not working now possibly because there's water in it and/or the ballast. I did some research and seems like you can use a heat gun or hair dryer.

Another method that I've seen (and want to try) is this:

I will try the second method first as it seems to be safer.
