What This Part??
I was hit the other day and this got busted. It's not the air cleaner box, it's a box like thing plastic. The guy at pep boys said It was the "air mfffler". It attaches to tje air box, i suppose. I need a name, part number anything.

Actually mr. Smarty pants its a 99 acura tl. And no thats not the correct part that your telling me i need for MY car. Someone on facebook was the only person who knew what that part is. So Mr. Acura enthusiast u where wrong.

Um. You may want to reevaluate. As far as your damage pictures show, the part involved, for your 99TL Sedan, is the 'Air In Tube' also known as the 'Resonator Chamber'17230-P8E-A00 as previously stated by 01acls.
Unless you have something else in those pictures, that you have in mind, the part (#15) that you are in need of is clearly shown on the link below:
