what piece is this (circled in red)? i have a line that broke off when i turned the wheel all the way to the left that is (circled in yellow) i’m guessing it’s a power steering line from rack and pinion? the break in the line is right after the nut, is there a way to cut behind the break and flare the end of the line back out? or should i just replace it?

found out it was the part i have circled in this diagram above is this something i can do myself??
