Welcome back Tom, { "01tl4tl" }.....!!!
With over 10 years of ownership experience and 30K +++ posts, you've been an invaluable and trusted resource in the past and hopefully going forward.
Hats off to a true patriot and inspirational keeper of the 2nd Gen flame.
maybe its these old eyes cant use 8000k to see the road.
Seafoam really does work- when used correctly!
Thanks for all the notes, I never know how my post are regarded-
fun to be back and see a few new topics happening
you have to take what I say with a touch of irony/sarcasm/general PITA tone
I will be posting items in the black market, time to clean the garage and raise funds for my next bike- upgrade from the old 1100 Shadow (will be for sale) to a Honda Goldwing with 6 cylinders and rides like a lounge chair at 80mph
Generous overpayments for items may be accepted to aid my cause

that's needed IF you have opened a brake line- or let the master run dry during flushing/bleeding, anything in the system that would allow air in
example install of new SS brake lines require the ABS stops
can be fun to do for testing purposes, you should know what the car does right?!

fyi: I do run seafoam in the current bike- Honda requires `frequent` use of fuel cleaner to keep carbon off the pistons, the clearance is so tight between valves and piston tops that a layer could cause contact! same as a broken timing belt in the TL =Yikes!
and that's from the 80s- before the added ethanol started leaving behind mass unburnt material on our valves and pistons
Have run it thru the engine oil which serves the trans and wet clutches with no issues
For those who say- how do I know seafoam works? its easy on the bike to look inside a spark plug hole and observe the piston, before and after treatment
plus I had the carbs off and was looking directly at the back of intake valves = shiny

Yeah, an anal HID specialist to say the least ...... but, never really minded the ranting, considering that all of his other advice was normally spot on.
In my Bike and in my Car.
