weird navi problem

weird navi problem

my navi system seems to "re-boot" itself every few minutes and i get a blue screen with a yellow box in the middle that says "see the dealer". what the heck is the problem? HELP!!

your dvd hard drive is dieing
mine went out years ago,, under warranty
