Weather stripping

I am sick and tired of the road noise I am getting in my 2003 TL-S.......will changing my weather help ? if so How much ? and how much will it cost me

I know in my car, if a truck rig pulls up alongside me, it sounds as if my window is all the way down. I recently discovered there's a break in the weatherstripping, so have been wondering this too.
