Question Which way should I go about this???

Hello all, new to the forums, wanted to give shouts to all the great 2g TL's out there...i've got my baby Satin Silver Metallic 02 3.2 TL - Type S W/DVD Navi, so i'm glad I found this great site.

So with that said...i have a conundrum. Living in Chicago is hard on the TL, I'll put up pics soon. Needless to say, she's got a few bumps and bruises from the winters and the cuthroat parking. So i've got a question for all of you...DENT Repair or go new body kit (or OEM lip kit)...i went to this website to price out OEM parts - www.acuraoemparts.com - and it all came out to about $1500 or so not including s/h....got a pal and he and I would do the install. So labor isn't an issue.

Thing is, I don't want to put a nice kit on my car just to have it messed up by the haters on the road in this city...should I just get dent repair?

Description of dents:

Front right bumper (corner under headlight - dent looks like it was punched in)
Front left fender - (close to door hinge - woke up one morning and the fender near the door hinge was pushed it - GOOD MORNING)
Right fenderwell trim (Was driving home in a snowstorm and it fell out on the highway)
Right OEM sideskirt protector (front edge is cracked and pushed into the underbody)
Rear Bumper - Scuffed, Scratched, ETC, ETC...Thank god not cracked

Minor Dents, dings, bumps and scratched all over, only noticeable when looked at closely...

with all that said, whatever i'm gonna do, the exterior needs a major overhaul because I was dumb and let all the minor stuff just pile up...will probably need to repaint the whole damn thing...was thinking NBP or that Badass blue that I saw one of you cats had...tell me what you think?

Thanks for the help,

Mel

you might try those paintless dent removal people. Somewhat reasonable but the end result is not bad, as long as no painting is needed or the damage isn't too severe.
