Hey Guys...

So my dad and I went to install my amps today for my new subs and we found all this water in my trunk right by the wires. It was raining all night lastnight but I have no idea where this water came from. Has this happened to anyone before. Pictures below is where the water is.


^^ Water on the left side of the trunk. Its also in the same spot on the right side to.


^^ Water lines all along the back of the trunk. I think this is where the water might be coming from

 

Take a look at this thread. Check your [sun/moon]roof drains (I don't know where they are but that's what was mentioned).

 

also check the trunk seals, i got water by my spare bc somehow water from the car went through the rubber seal around the trunk. put silicone in the seal and then put the seal back and held it in place for a couple of min. no more water for me

 

Also check your taillight seals- had a car w/ leaky trunk- bad seals.

 

I think we found a problem. I took off the left tail light and there was water all inside it. We silicone the seal so hopefully that works out

 

i have the same problem my left side under taillight gets soaked when it rain i had a crack in my taililight so i bought new ones but its still leaking hopefully i can find the problem soon and fix it as the car stinks no matter how much air freshner i use the smell of the sitting water is nasty
