Please help. Make a long story short I ordered YELLOW brights for my 99 tl. Instead I got Yellow HID light bulbs (my normal headlights). I think it would look cool and different if I install them, but how do you change the HID light bulbs? How do I start, please help. Thanks.

are the bulbs D2r? What is the rating of the bulbs in k? Yellow is uaually 2500k - 3000k. I have 3000k fogs and they look awesome.

 

the bulbs are H4's and they say 5,000K on them and everything else is in Japaneese so I no understand. But my car is a 99 tl, not that it makes a difference, but I just need to know how to replace them without getting a 25,000 volt shock that will leave me fried.

Ok, what are you talking about the bulbs being white and not yellow? On the box it says GALAXY YELLOW and the bulbs are YELLOW, either way what I need to know is how to replace them.

 

they won't fit...your headlights are D2R. They don't even sound like HIDs to me, don't put those on your car.

There's no bulb on the TL that is an H4.

Here are the TL bulb sizes:

LO: HID D2R
HI: 9005
02-03 FOG: 9006
