Trunk light and license light not working

Trunk light and license light not working

Any ideas????

Did they both stop working at exactly the same time? If not, you might want to just check the bulbs. (You can use a multi-meter to check for continuity or just swap out the bulbs for new ones.)

If they both failed at the same time, perhaps it's a blown fuse.

Try a forum search also.

both at same time. I cant figure what fuse it is. I checked manuel and see nothing saying trunk or license light. Its not the bulbs. I put in LEDS last summer. I dont think they would both die in the same day.

i went in to the dealer for my first oil change. I had them look at it and my problem was the trunk latch. it wasn't grounding when it opened and i need a new one. The part is 110$ + labor.

Wow. $110 for just the latch?

yup i'm still covered under warranty though. So besides setting a morning aside to do this its not very inconvenient.
