Transmission or TCL problem?

Hi friends, i'm having a problem with my TL 99.
Every day at morning is the same problem, shifting between 20 mph it jumps from 2rpm to 4 rpm and the car stalls, is just when the car is cold and the TCL light is on.

http://smg.photobucket.com/user/Fana..._1644.mp4.html

The guy who sold me the car told me that transmission was rebuilt and it has 1 year of warranty.
What do you think?

If it has a warranty don`t beat yourself up over this, bring it to the shop that serviced the tranny and have them take a look at it. It definitely looks transmission related.

Also the `99 TL tranny with it`s four speed was the most durable out of 2nd gen trannys.

Well, i'm going to return back this crap to the stealership.

Transmission screwed up, with warranty
Power Steering screwed up,maybe replacing O ring
They replaced the fan, and now is still overheating, probably thermostat, who knows.

I'm goin to pay $280 for 17 months $4,760 total for a 99 TL with 209,000 miles with a down payment of $500 and still need work on back door driver side not opening, brakes, timing belt, struts.

That seemed odd, the TCS light blinked as if it was loosing traction and the D4 light is not on(maybe is just burned light).
I'd definitely return the car back.

Well, around 3 weeks, and the car was really good, the first 2 weeks was perfect, the guy told me about the transmission issue and the warranty, it was ok for me, but after this.

I replaced thermostat yesterday and still overheating.
I will go tomorrow with the guy and will see whats going on

If the rad's low in coolant, it could be faking out the ECT sensor.....or the sensor may be bad ?

the fans are probably not running as a result of air in the cooling system or may have an electrical issue.

Exclamation Tip

Lucky it was the cap.

Tip: Make sure both front tires are the same size, if they are not then that explains the TCS light flashing, which cuts fuel off the engine and can make it seem like a transmission issue. Take a look at the sidewall of both front tires and compare them.

Are ya sure that ya read the tire sizing correctly ?
Look again on all four tires and see what ya got. Are the rim designs different ?
