Arrow Transmission Problems??

I have a 2003 TL-S with close to 86000 miles on it. I bought it with 70000 miles last May. Recently ( last 2 months) it has been leaking transmission fluid. Brought it to my mehanic thinking it was oil and he couldnt find the leak. Last Sunday after doing heavy acceleration, it started to smoke after i shut off the car. The day after that, the car seemed a little bit hesitant shifting up to the next gear but only when it was cold. Never happened before that.Transmission Problems??

I continued to drive it after talking to my mechanic, he told me to put some Tranny fluid in till he can look at it ( which could be almost a week). Fluid was low and dirty.

It shifts fine except for the hesitation when cold, and thought maybe the fluid was just low.

However, the next day after driving a block, the check engine light went on and the green drive light (D) was flashing. I imediately brought it home, and took my parents car instead. Right now im not driving it, although i drove it back and forth in the driveway and it shifts fine( of course im not going far or through many gears).

The original owner had the transmission replaced at 56000 right after the recall i believe.

Where do I stand. I am a heavy accelerator, but.......................................idk.

Any help is appreciated, thanks

Pretty much when your lights come on and start flashing that most of the time means its dying you should diffenently take your car by acura.

tranny problem again...in less than 2 weeks

i got my tranny replaced just recently...and the check engine light turned on again. My tranny is slippin also just today...and when i parked, i looked under the car there's a leak, so i opened up my hood to look for the tranny fluid, its almost empty but there's still something left. Now my question is, does my tranny needed to be replaced again or not? is it dead again w. this problem? i called the dealership and they said that i fill up the tranny fluid and drive the car directly to them to be checked up again. Is my car still covered by the warranty? it has 73k miles.

What do you mean it "feels" like its slipping? It either is or it isnt. Look at the tach. Does the tach go up and the car doesn't move
