Transmission Pressure Switch
What's up guy's:,
I would like to know if a 2nd gen. 1999 Acura Tl with the 4speed transmission have any transmision pressure switch's? My transmission shifts great and i'm changing my transmission fluid as well as doing as much maintenance as i can and if possible change out any other solenoids or sensor's to keep her shifting smooth....Thank You

use the Honda atf called DW-1 a few times of 3 qt drain and refill till its all changed out
not sure if 99s had the external spin on oil filter? anyone?
other parts are there, same design as later years- ck the diy section for more help
maintenance- do the egr passage and port cleaning of the intake manifold
needed every 75kmiles and the amount of clogging gunk removed will surprise you
service throttle body- idle air control unit inside TB too
how is your ignition switch electric part- another popular failure!

the good news- your engine is nearly done with its break in stage! at 200kmiles~
only on 2nd trans at that miles =not so bad, be glad its not a 5speed
Look at other makes of car of the same vintage with 50-60kmiles= needs new trans , at 100-150kmiles = needs new car!!
