Hi,
The tail lights on my 2002 acura tl s stay on even after ive turned off the car. This just started happening literally out of nowhere and completely drained my battery. Im hoping someone has run across this and knows of a common cause.

Get up under the driver side dash, where the brake pedal is, and check if you can see the #4 pedal stopper pad for the #3 stop & cruise switch assembly?
If it is missing, that could be the cause of your issue.
Search the part number below to find a set (one white/one black) at a local auto parts store (Autozone; Advance; O'Reilly's), if you need to fix right away.
