Swap transmission atc6 mc6

I have a problem with my car after changing the gearbox to manual. atc6 mc6. the car is driving but it does not work.v-tec

the transmission is from accord 03-07 3.0v6. I'm not sure but it seems to me that the sinus is working in the position of P because for d4 there was no ignition
